In a mysterious and surreal zone somewhere between Tehran and Winnipeg, the lives of several characters intertwine in surprising and mysterious ways. Schoolchildren Negin and Nazgol discover a sum of money frozen in the winter ice and attempt to claim it. Meanwhile, Massoud leads a group of increasingly confused tourists through Winnipeg’s monuments and historical sites. Matthew leaves his meaningless job at a Quebecois government office and embarks on a mysterious journey to visit his mother. Space, time, and personal identities blur, intertwine, and resonate in a surreal comedy of misdirection.
